FAQ { Studio Ek Inch }

Are all Studio Ek Inch products made to order?

Yes. Every shirt and accessory is handcrafted after the order is placed, ensuring precision and individuality.

How long does processing take?

Menswear Shirts: 2–3 weeks

Accessories: 1 week
Dispatch begins only after production is complete.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through UWC (United Worldwide). Domestic orders are shipped via DTDC.

Is shipping free?

Within India: Free

International: Charged based on country and shipping distance

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept exchanges for size issues (shirts) or manufacturing defects (accessories). Returns and refunds are not offered for made-to-order products.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please share photos and an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assist with repair, replacement, or refund (based on eligibility).

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. After production begins, cancellations are not allowed.
